Property was perfect and pleasant, I really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was very good, well-equipped and brand-new room with a bath. A hair dryer, a coffee table, and a safe box were perfect. The location offered was particularly good and peaceful really close to 2 taxis to the station costing €40, Bologna Center & Airport and city center.

Got the same superior double room with a sofa bed booked online, appreciated that. It was next to Bolongas many parks, Bologna and the shopping area, marvellous and convenient location overall.

The value for money was great and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, surrounded by green fields, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with some empty plates and lack of variety.

No complaint, had a good stay for 10 nights. Generally everything was really good. The location was peaceful and convenient: shopping centres and a supermarket were within walking distance. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a very very nice area. We appreciated rooms with very comfortable beds. The service-minded and responsive staff members provided a few recommendations.

The location of the hotel was peaceful, to the nearest Bus Stop. I booked superior king room with loads of storage drawers, a bath, for example:)))

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the parking was easy, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a mini bar that provided complimentary drinks and snacks. The breakfast provided a diverse selection of dishes and the staff were very attentive. Additionally, this hotel is located near a shopping mall and a restaurant, making it convenient to find everything I needed within a short walk or drive.

There were elements of the hotel that didn't meet my expectations.

I recently stayed at Living Place Hotel in Bologna for a few nights. As a car driver, I found the location to be quite convenient, with close proximity to the highway. The hotel also has plenty of parking spaces available. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I appreciated having a kettle in the room. The breakfast included in the price was a great bonus, with a good selection of pastries. The bar and lounge area were also very pleasant, and there is a shopping center nearby. it was a decent value for money, especially with breakfast included in the price.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great experience at this hotel. The private free secure parking was a major plus, especially during the busy holiday season. The hotel's location, right next to a shopping center, was also very convenient for last-minute holiday shopping and dining options. The fact that the room came with an electrical kettle and tea and coffee facilities was an added bonus that we really appreciated.

Although our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few aspects that we found disappointing. the air conditioning in the room was set only to heating, making the room uncomfortably hot.
